So when she discovered a promising but run-down house in Carmel, New York, she was up for the challenge. Throughout renovation, Miron kept a less-is-more objective, simply working to bring the home into this century. By restoring original architectural details and adding a rich mixture of styles, materials, and textures, Miron grounded the interiors in the hundreds of acres of surrounding woods and trails and established a space worthy of entertaining.
