CHERRY ON TOP🍒
• 1½ oz Empress 1908 Cucumber Lemon Gin
• ¾ oz lime juice
• ½ oz simple syrup
• 6–8 mint leaves
• 1 oz aloe vera juice
• garnish: cherry popsicle + mint sprig

Method: Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a glass filled with pebble ice. Garnish with a cherry popsicle and fresh mint sprig.
