Athena says she had an asthma attack during her ROH Women's World Title defense at Death Before Dishonor.

Responding to a clip showing her down at ringside during the match, Athena wrote: "Yeah, so, had an asthma attack mid match. Glad my minions had my back!!! A major thank you to AEW and Ring of Honor staff for the quick response, keeping the Forever ROH Champ in peak condition."

Athena beat Hazuki in a 30-minute main event at the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia to retain the title, hitting the O-Face on the floor and again off the top rope for the win. Both women bowed to each other afterward.
