Marco Odermatt can still train in Zermatt. Most of his competitors can’t. 👀⛷️

With Zermatt’s glacier closed to the public and foreign national teams, Swiss Ski’s exclusive agreement is allowing a select group of athletes to continue training on the Theodul Glacier.

As summer snow becomes harder to find, access like this is becoming increasingly valuable and raising bigger questions about fairness, cost and the future of preseason training.
