Recipe/Method for Quick instantpotofficial
Keema/Qeema 

— Ingredients
2 lbs minced meat (keema)
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Red chili flakes, optional
Ginger-garlic paste
1–2 small onions
2 whole tomatoes, cut in half
2–3 tbsp yogurt
Roasted & crushed cumin
Roasted & crushed coriander
Whole garam masala, to taste:
Bay leaf
Cinnamon stick
Cumin seeds
Star anise
Any other whole spices you like
Oil, as needed for bhunao
1 onion, sliced into rings
Green chilies, julienne-cut
Kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
Garam masala, for finishing

I used mutton keema, but you can absolutely use beef keema as well.

 Add the keema to the Instant Pot along with ginger-garlic paste and all the spices.

Mix everything well and pressure cook on High for minutes.

Once you open the Instant Pot, you'll notice some liquid. Turn on Sauté and cook for about 5-10 minutes, or until most of the excess water has evaporated.

Add oil according to your preference and bhuno (sauté) the keema really well until the oil is nicely incorporated and the keema is cooked through and flavorful.

Finish with raw onion rings and julienne-cut green chilies.

Sprinkle with kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves) if you like - completely optional.

 Serve hot with naan, paratha or rice.
