Registration is now open for our Conditioning School and Striking School, two separate training opportunities designed to give players focused, supplemental work this fall!

⚡ CONDITIONING SCHOOL
Build speed, explosiveness, and core strength through proper movement mechanics, sprint and acceleration work, and functional training.

🎯 STRIKING SCHOOL
Develop form, technique, power, and accuracy through repetition and a variety of finishing methods, including placement, laces, inside/outside foot, volleys, chips, and more.

Each program includes 6 one-hour sessions | $90 per program

Players can opt in to Conditioning School, Striking School, or both.

📅 Registration deadline: Monday, August 24th
