I recently took my older daughter to chimpuncallaopassaic in Passaic, and we were seriously impressed! 😍

I visited Peru about 15 years ago, so I’ve been looking for those authentic Peruvian flavors ever since—and this meal brought back ALL the deliciousness! 🤤🇵🇪

Here’s everything we tried 👇🏼

🦈🐟 Ceviche Carretillero — fresh Peruvian ceviche served in the coolest shark-shaped presentation! 🦈 The presentation was SO fun, and it was delicious!

🍗 Combo de Pollo a la Parrilla Anticuchera + Papas naturales + Ensalada ($29) — Peruvian-style grilled chicken with anticuchera seasoning, served with potatoes and salad. The chicken was incredibly juicy! 🤤

🍢 Mix de Brochetas (Mixed Skewers) —
🍗 Brocheta de Pollo — Chicken skewer
🥩 Brocheta de Carne — Beef skewer
🍤 Brocheta de Camarón — Shrimp skewer
🥔 Papa a la Huancaína — Potatoes topped with creamy Huancaína sauce

Everything was packed with flavor, and the portions were generous enough that we had plenty of leftovers to bring home to little sister and Dad! ❤️👨‍👩‍👧‍👧
