This is how you can run a full marketing team with Claude.

Most people think Claude can only handle single tasks like writing a caption or drafting an email. 

The real power is letting it run an entire pipeline, where each role creates an output and hands it to the next as an input, so the whole workflow is covered, not just one piece.

Here’s the setup:

→ Give Cowork a folder and add everything it needs for your brand, your logo, brand guidelines, product photography and product details 

→ Write a prompt explaining each role it should cover, like a graphic designer, a photographer (AI image generation) and a copywriter, then turn those roles into one skill 

→ Define the details: when each task is done and where it hands over, what the output should and shouldn’t look like, any edge cases, and when you want to step in as a human

→ Connect the tools each role needs, an AI image model for the photography, Figma or Canva for the design

→ Set what triggers the process, for example moving a project to “to do”

That way the pipeline runs on its own. Each role does its job, passes its output to the next, and Cowork checks everything against the brief before delivering it back into your folder.
