Sunday reset isn’t just about getting ready for the week—it’s time to give that stinky lacrosse gear a fresh start! 😂🥍

Here’s an easy gear refresh:

🧼 1 scoop OxiClean
🫧 1 ounce laundry detergent
💧 Warm water

Hand wash your gear and let it soak for 30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and repeat as needed.

Once it’s clean, let everything air dry for 24–48 hours in a well-ventilated area or in the shade.

Fresh gear = happy players + happy noses. 😆
