The TLX Type S is the most disrespected performance sedan of the decade and I'll die on this hill. Acura built a 355hp turbo V6 with a rear drive unit that can overdrive the outside wheel and physically rotate the car for you, wrapped it in Brembos and a square 255/35R20 setup, and the internet shrugged because it wasn't a manual.

Same crowd that spent fifteen years romanticizing the 04-08 TL Type-S is now ignoring its actual descendant while these depreciate in silence. Nobody bids against you on one. That's not an accident, that's an opportunity — the last Type-S sedan went from forgotten to "where'd they all go" in about four years, and this one's running the exact same play.
