HOW MUCH REAL DEVELOPMENT HAPPENS AT A YOUTH TOURNAMENT🤔 I mean we’ve all had those games where we didn’t even have one ball get hit to us all game… or maybe the pitching was below average and we got walked 4 times and hit twice🤷🏽‍♂️ So in those situations, when you have to fly across the country and spend a lot of time and money… what value does a tournament offer a 13 year old player from a development standpoint? One of my favorite things about this inaugural Gamechanger Scout Team Invitational at Rocker B Ranch in Texas, was the blending of high level competition/game play and professional level instruction📈 The huge difference was we invited several former Big Leaguers to sit and watch the games, so they could identify the areas of weakness, and then create custom practice plans in between games to make those adjustments📓✍️ Demonstrating here is former Big Leaguer and MY GUYY🤩 from @peloteroapp @cc20rake (aka “SWAGGY C”😎). This was the first time in 15 years of coaching ive ever seen a youth tournament run in this type of model and it was ELECTRIC⚡️ All of the parents and players that attended said it was a truly one of a kind experience and learned so much to take back home with them to incorporate into their daily routines🎬🤠🏊🏽‍♂️💦⚾️ #baseball #mlb #practice #development #gamechanger
