For Jayme Coon, class of '23, Jewell was where soccer, Delta Zeta sisterhood and a rigorous economics/history education came together. "The small class sizes, dedicated professors and challenging coursework meant I was never just a number," she says. Now an Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, Jayme credits Jewell's Pryor Leadership Program and liberal arts foundation for the critical thinking she uses daily: "The academic rigor that Jewell provided taught me to look for patterns, understand context and challenge the process by always asking 'why' rather than accepting things at face value." Beyond her career, the relationships she built have lasted well past graduation, including her recent marriage to husband Tanner Yeisley. "I'm truly grateful for my experience at Jewell," she says. "It shaped who I am and gave me the skills, relationships and confidence to excel in my career." #itsagooddaytobeacardinal #wjccardinals
