Who says the Weber is just for burgers and steaks? 🔥🍳

It was too nice a day to stay indoors, so I decided to experiment and cook a frittata on the Weber instead of in the oven.

I browned off the pancetta and red onion over the coals, then moved everything over to indirect heat, put the lid on and let the Weber do the rest. Around 25 minutes later… this was the result!

Served with a simple rocket salad, it turned out far better than I expected. Safe to say I’ll be doing this again!
