A month ago today, I married my best friend.

No big venue. No hundreds of guests. No production.

Just 10 people, a gazebo in the park, and us. And it stormed that day. Thunderstorms coming down and we still stood there and made our vows.

Looking back, I think there was something spiritual about that.

Marriage was never a promise that there wouldn’t be storms. It’s a promise that when the storms come, we’ll stand in them together.

The rain didn’t stop the covenant. The storm didn’t change the assignment. If anything, it made the moment more meaningful.

Because life isn’t always going to give you perfect conditions. But when God puts the right person beside you, you don’t need perfect conditions to know you’re exactly where you’re supposed to be.

One month down. A lifetime to go.

Happy 1 month anniversary to my wife mayy_bayybee I love you ❤️🤞🏽.
