#HipHopHistory - 21 & Over is the debut studio album from West Coast hip-hop group #ThaAlkaholiks, released on August 24, 1993, through Loud/RCA Records. Recorded at Yo Mama’s House in Los Angeles, the project introduced the group’s signature blend of witty bars, high-energy production, and unapologetic party anthems.

The album spawned three singles: “Make Room,” “Likwit,” and “Mary Jane”, and reached No. 23 on Billboard’s Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart and No. 124 on the Billboard 200.

More than three decades later, 21 & Over remains a celebrated piece of ’90s West Coast hip-hop, earning praise as a cult classic and being described as “the quintessential West Coast party album.”
