After nearly 16 years on a plant based diet I’m as healthy as ever. From competing in CrossFit, podiuming at the Florida state weightlifting championships, deadlifting 500lbs and running a 5:35 mile, to doing yoga, healing my joints from all the CrossFit injuries, and traveling the world, I’ve never needed meat to support my body. 

Eat more plants save more animals be healthy and strong for a lifetime.
