## Caption

At the QB Collective, where commitment to the grind and growth is embraced by players, coaches, and executives alike, USC Defensive Line Coach Shaun Nua shared a powerful insight into what drives him. Nua spoke candidly about his fear of failure—not as a weakness, but as a motivating force that pushes him to constantly evolve and refine his craft.

Surrounded by a community that values vulnerability and self-improvement just as much as skill and strategy, Nua’s mindset reflects the ethos of the QB Collective: growth comes from confronting what holds you back.
