His recent drops, “GET IN MODE” & the “MODEL S MUSIC / PART 1” are no exception either. The 2-pack flips Ye’s “Everything I Am” and even Drake’s “Pound Cake,” showing how much of his appeal comes from finding completely different pockets in familiar sounds 🔊

And his rise has happened fast. Surf7 only started building his current public catalog this spring, with “GOOSE COAT” becoming his breakout and eventually getting an official remix from Meek Mill. Meek was tapped in remarkably early too, reportedly connecting with Surf before he had even changed the default username on his SoundCloud account 🤯
