I spent too many years thinking being "Worth It" meant proving I belonged in every room I walked into.
Motherhood changed all of that. 
Going back to TV after a very long hiatus also changed that. 
And being invited by lorealparis to Le Défilé in Paris reminded me of something I wish I’d understood much sooner:
Worth was never something anyone else got to give me.
