#Disempowerment is taught too often but it’s a lazy technique to be given to people who can’t handle pressure. I want my negotiators to be perceived as having the power - so if an escalation happens and I need the generals to come to the table, their perception of power will be even higher 🔥🚀 

When you have to say “no” to someone, stop saying “my company said” and start saying “this is what I decided”.
