Bits aren’t one size fits all. Every horse is different and they should have a bit that fits them properly! 

To size your horses mouth without a bit sizer take a number two pencil and place it in the horses mouth. Make a mark on each side where the corners of their mouth touch and measure the distance between the two marks.
