## Caption

20 minute | Garlic Boursin Pasta with smokey paprika chicken✨

Recipe:
• boil pasta of choice al dente & reserve 1/4 cup
pasta water
• in a baking dish, toss in 24oz cherry tomatoes
• stir in 1tbsp olive oil to coat tomatoes
• sprinkle pink salt over tomatoes
• add two garlic herb boursin cheese to center
• drizzle 1tbsp olive oil over cheese
• top cheese with 1tsp paprika, 1tbsp parsley & 1tsp crushed red pepper
•bake uncovered in oven at 400 for 15-20min (once tomatoes start bursting, then it’s ready)

While cheese is baking:
• dice 3 thawed chicken breasts on a cutting board & bring to a bowl
• add 1tsp olive oil over chicken
• season with 1tbsp garlic, 1tsp oregano & 1tsp
paprika
• add 1tbsp butter to skillet on med heat & add chicken in
• saute for 5-6 minutes (stir occasionally)
• take baking dish out of oven
• with a spoon, mix creamy boursin with tomatoes
• stir in pasta water
• toss in drained pasta
• mix well & top with grated parmesan
