Big thank you to @perfectamino for having me host their activation at @1hotel.weho alongside @garybrecka , celebrating the new PerfectAmino Passion Fruit Lemonade Smoothie at @erewhon.

Gary got everyone centered with breathwork, then I got the crew moving with a workout. We came together, put in some work, had fun, and finished the morning feeling better than we started.
