Dashcam shows an #Arkansas State Police trooper pulling a passenger by his locs and punching him in the face twice during an arrest following a high-speed chase that reached over 130 MPH.

The passenger, 23-year-old Tedrick Washington, can be heard saying, “Let go of my hair.” 

Washington was later charged with obstruction of governmental operations and resisting arrest. 😳
