Los Angeles rapper #ColdheartedAC, whose real name is Ada William Obayuwana, was arrested in connection with an alleged multimillion-dollar stolen-check scheme.

Federal prosecutors accuse Obayuwana and two others of possessing more than 50 stolen U.S. Treasury checks worth over $8.1 million and cashing or attempting to cash them across #SouthernCalifornia.

Prosecutors allege Obayuwana attempted to cash at least three tax refund checks worth $382,109 combined and successfully cashed one, withdrawing $229,109. 👀
