Bob Barnes set out on the Great American Triple Switchback across the United States. During this bike journey, he:

🚲 Biked 16,000 miles.
✅ Pedaled through all 50 state capitals and Washington D.C.
🩸 Donated whole blood six times, plasma once and platelets five times.

So, how did he check off Honolulu, Hawaii, exactly? He pedaled from the airport to Honolulu when he landed and spent nine days on the island, which included a plasma and platelet donation. 🏖️

Bob hopes his journey encourages others to donate blood, and we're grateful for his dedication to doing so. Congratulations to Bob on an incredible journey!
