A barbell squat isn’t for everyone all of the time. Even using the bar for other movements like good mornings may not be optimal for you. 

The SSB may look intimidating, but it’s a great option to make sure you can still do these movements under load in a more comfortable way.

And when you try it out, don’t forget that this bar weighs 65lbs.
