Adult orthodontics is about more than just straight teeth. 👏 This transformation started with a significant jaw discrepancy and tongue dysfunction. We used a TAD-borne MSE expander to create skeletal expansion and improve the jaw relationship, followed by Invisalign to guide the teeth into their ideal positions. But we didn’t stop with the teeth. Myofunctional therapy helped retrain the tongue for proper function and positioning—addressing an important part of what contributed to the problem in the first place. ✨ Expand the foundation. ✨ Align the teeth. ✨ Retrain the function.
