Change is like jumping into a pool.

Sometimes you decide to cannonball, few times you get to do a classy entrance and sometimes you need someone to give you a little push (or a full on tackle).

After that, those seconds you’re on the air are crazy cause it’s when you realize there’s no going back. You either embrace it or faceplant.

My favorite moment is right after breaking the surface tension, bubbles are everywhere and you can’t see anything (it’s confusing and overwhelming) but all your other senses let you know that you’re already on a whole new universe and you’ll be able to thrive here as well.

Finally, the best advice I got in 2024 about starting on a new city: If the water feels cold, just start swimming, you’ll eventually warm up.

2025, let’s sail towards uncharted waters. I’m ready.
