On June 30, 2023, the San Francisco Giants were playing the New York Mets in a close 5–4 game. In the ninth inning, Casey Schmitt tried a quick bunt toward third base.

But instead of showing the play, the broadcast suddenly cut to a random Mets fan in the crowd. The camera quickly went back to the field, making the moment surprisingly funny.
