A @stretchlabqa stretch session that brought back some familiar memories. 🤍

During my competitive years, partner stretching and mobility were always part of our routine. So lying there while Sara, my stretchologist, worked through every muscle in my body felt a little like going back to that era. 😄

She was STRONG. Yet somehow so gentle and controlled with every movement. Thank you, Sara! 🫶🏽

Here’s what the session looked like:

1️⃣Assessment
We started with questions about my activities, previous injuries, and areas where I usually feel tight. This helped her understand what my body needed and tailor the session accordingly.

2️⃣ Massage gun
A little tissue prep before the stretching to stimulate the muscles and get them ready for movement.

3️⃣ Assisted stretching
The Stretchologist guides every movement while you relax and let them do the work. And yes, there were definitely moments where I thought, “Yep… I needed that.” 😅

4️⃣ Recovery boots
The perfect way to finish and wind down.✨

I walked out feeling like my whole body had switched into recovery mode. Relaxed, recharged, less tight, and moving with better range of motion.

If you’re active or even just feeling stiff from everyday life, I’d say give it a try.

Top-notch service, experienced staff, and such a warm and accommodating team.
