If you’re not from the Boot, you probably won’t understand this… particularly if you’re not from the NO. I was trying to explain it the best way I could.

Y’all… WHAT were we doing?! Why were we singing “Redrum” & “Heroine” like we had life experience?! And who in the hell was letting me listen to “Bustdown” at 11 years old? 

Ohhhh, that’s right… I was being a lil sneaky butt! 😂 Man, I’m so glad I grew up in the 504. There’s truly no place like it—but the music? Man, that junk was one of a kind.
