Happy Emirati Womens’s Day today - 28 th August. 

A shout out to all Emirati women and special mention to my  two Emirati Sisters,  Adila Nasser ( peace be upon her ) , and  aishah_alameir_events - both of whom travelled with to the ends of the earth with me : The Arctic & Antarctic. 

To houriyakazim  for beating the drum in Penang when we entered the first breast cancer survivors team in the Dragon Boat races and won silver medals just 11 seconds behind the the world champions … .

Having lived and worked in the UAE for 29 years in three different emirates ( Dubai - Abu Dhsbi & Ras Al Khaimah) I consider myself an Emarita.
