If you’re well versed with hainanese chicken then that will probably be the first thing that comes to mind when you see the poached chicken here. It’s similar, but a Thai variation which includes a crispy version! 

I personally enjoyed the spicy crispy boneless thicken thigh version here because of the crispiness like a karaage + the spices they put on it 🤤 a tangy lime and toasted sticky rice powder, like a dry version of the crying tiger steak sauce! 

If you want to try both styles though, get the mix!
