I shot Tokyo on a 2011 digital camera… and I wasn’t expecting this.

In a world where everything is getting sharper, cleaner, and more “perfect”… this old camera does the opposite. And somehow, it makes everything feel more real and nostalgic.

In this video, i took the Ricoh CX5 through tokyo, to capture one of the best trips i've ever been on. From late night street shots, to just everyday moments at a random restaurant. This camera has absolutely changed how i approac photography and capture moments. 

Maybe newer isn’t always better..
