KD really got a whole friend group from gaming 😭🎮

Kevin Durant says some of his closest friends today are regular 9-to-5 workers he met playing video games over 10 years ago. These aren’t just people he hops online with either — he says they’ve been to his house, he trusts them with anything, and after a long day he can still call up around 10 of them and know somebody is ready to run games.

For someone who’s been one of the biggest superstars in basketball for nearly two decades, it’s actually pretty dope that some of KD’s strongest friendships came from something as simple as hopping online and gaming. No NBA connections, no fame involved, just people competing, talking and building real friendships over the years.
