And when you actually look back at that roster… it’s hard to argue with the amount of talent Brooklyn had. KD, Kyrie Irving and James Harden were the obvious headliners, but they also had LaMarcus Aldridge, Blake Griffin, Patty Mills, Joe Harris, Bruce Brown, Nic Claxton, Cam Thomas and more. That team had scoring, shooting, playmaking, veterans and star power everywhere. 🤯

The crazy part is we never really got to see the full vision come together. Injuries, Kyrie’s limited availability, chemistry issues and eventually Harden being traded completely changed the direction of the season. What looked like a potential superteam on paper ended up becoming one of the NBA’s biggest “what ifs.”

KD has played with some INSANE talent throughout his career — especially those Warriors teams with Steph, Klay and Draymond — so for him to say this Brooklyn roster was the best on paper says a lot. 👀
