This drill is great because there are endless ways to add variation and constraints with the same goal. This day we kept it simple with just sprint to the cone, sprint back until all cones have been collected. You could easily change the movement pattern, the distance of the cones from the middle or the shape of their space to name a few. 

Give it a try next time you’re training decel, accel or reactive work
