Cheap enough for a random Tuesday, good enough to serve when company comes over. This is one of those dishes everybody should know how to make. Simple, versatile and absolutely SMACKIN’. 💯🍝

4 tablespoons (unsalted butter
20 medium garlic cloves, minced
4 teaspoons oyster sauce
2 teaspoons soy sauce 
2 teaspoons fish sauce
Grated Parmesan (the stuff in the green shaker)
Thin sliced scallions scallions
