1️⃣season it heavy, 
2️⃣set your smoker up with the minion method, 
3️⃣ cook fat side DOWN and let it ride. 
4️⃣ CHASE THE BARK. Once it’s set, wrap with a little Wagyu tallow, 
5️⃣ cook until tender 
6️⃣ give it that thang a LONG rest
