Dolly Parton will reportedly be laid to rest beside her late husband, Carl Dean, at Nashville's Woodlawn Memorial Park and Mausoleum.

Parton's nephew Bryan Seaver said the singer had previously expressed wishes for a comfortable final resting place, including being buried in a cotton dress and her signature high heels.

The country icon and Dean married in 1966 and remained together for nearly six decades until his death in March 2025 at age 82.

Parton died Tuesday at 80 following a brief battle with cancer, according to a statement from her representatives.
