## Caption

There’s something so special about brookline.lunch it’s warm, cozy and so welcoming. So it makes sense that they’re an institution and have been open for 37 years! I always get one of their bowls and splitting a stack of pancakes with the table is a non negotiable. Every stack of pancakes I have I end up asking myself if they are better than the ones here…. Usually the answer is no. 

If you haven’t visited this gem, it needs to go to the top of your list. Also, there’s a line sometimes but it moves fast, it’s first come first serve!
