## Caption

I try to do all of my renewals in the same month. May is when I turn over the vast majority of my units.

And every tenant gets a renewal letter where I lay out their current rent, any increases and the market rent.

I want to be VERY CLEAR about where everything stands and it has helped TREMENDOUSLY with my landlord tenant relations.

Just thought you might appreciate some little tips and tricks!
