“It’s insane that this trip ended up being our honeymoon. We got married at City Hall in July and never planned one.

We met on a rooftop in New York City through a mutual friend about 4 years ago, and we were friends for a few months before anything happened. Then one night at a bar the music started playing and I saw him just standing there. I wasn’t going to dance by myself, so I pulled him in.

Our first hike was the hardest one of the trip, and at the end of it we finally got to a lake. The second I hit the water I started laughing, because that’s when it actually hit me. We just got married and here we are on our honeymoon. In Switzerland.
