A day at work with Dad! 👷‍♀️👨‍👧 

Katie and her father - Arshie Calatrava, Utility Operator - may have different roles at HC&D, but they both know what it means to be part of the team. 

“It’s always fun to see my dad batching because I see him in a flow state that seems so calm but is actually very complicated,” said Katie.

Katie not only enjoyed a fun day with Dad but also learned what it takes to operate the batch plant, loader, and various machines that help maintain the plant. 

From workdays to family days, it’s always better together. 🦺❤️
