When I first started going to raves, I thought I was showing up for the music.

What I found was something much bigger.

I found a place where nobody expected me to be anyone other than myself.

A place where it was okay to dance, laugh, cry, hug strangers, and feel every emotion without being judged.

For a lot of people, that's a rare feeling.

I believe that's why so many of us keep coming back.

Sometimes healing doesn't happen in a therapist's office.

Sometimes it happens on a dance floor, surrounded by music, movement, and people who remind you that you belong.
