21-year-old Lyon and Belgium winger Malick Fofana looked set to sign for Sunderland this morning, until it was reported that Crystal Palace had made an attempt to hijack the deal 🤯

Sky Sports reported that Fofana was at the Lyon Airport where two private jets were waiting to pick him up, one heading to London and another to Sunderland, but he never left the airport. Instead, he’s reportedly back in Lyon undergoing a medical that will count for both clubs while he makes his decision 👀
