Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is stop trying to force your place in someone else’s life.

You don’t need to persuade someone to value you, convince them to choose you, or keep fighting for a place they’re no longer making room for.

If they put you in the background, let them.
 If they write you out of the script, let them.

Your worth doesn’t decrease because someone decided they no longer see it.
Know when to stop chasing a position you shouldn’t have to fight for.
