In this role, you’ll craft compelling grant proposals, research new funding opportunities, leverage modern software and workflow tools to maximize efficiency, and help secure the critical resources needed to support our mission.

What We’re Looking For:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
✍️ Demonstrated experience writing persuasive grant proposals & reports
📊 Proficiency with donor databases (Raiser's Edge NXT preferred) & modern research platforms
💙 Strong organizational skills and a passion for child welfare and youth advocacy
