#ad Tailgating season is here, and that means plenty of delicious grilled foods. Nothing beats my easy, cheesy cheesesteak sliders. I made a quick stop at my local Woodman’s to pick up @silver_spring_foods Fresh Ground Horseradish, then headed home to get grilling! 
Silver Spring Foods is the world’s largest grower and processor of horseradish, offering a variety of horseradish products, sauces, and specialty mustards, including their Fresh Ground Horseradish – adding #ZING to any dish! Every harvest is vigorously tested for flavor potency, ensuring the best horseradish available on the market.
Start by dicing a large onion, keeping the pieces slightly larger. For the meat, I like using thinly shaved steak, which you can find at most grocery stores.

But the star of this recipe is my horseradish sauce. Combine all of the ingredients below and mix well:

- 2 tbsp Silver Spring Foods Fresh Ground Horseradish (add more if you like it spicy!)
- ¼ cup mayo
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp BBQ seasoning

Season the beef with your favorite steak seasoning and cook over high heat alongside the onions. Once the onions soften, mix them with the beef, shape the mixture to fit your slider buns, and top with provolone cheese.

Don’t forget to toast the slider buns before putting everything together. Layer the toasted buns with cheesy beef, plenty of horseradish sauce, and chives.
